Haley Close

Haley joined Kelso in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she was an investment banking associate in the Financial Sponsors group at Credit Suisse. Previously, she was an investment banking analyst in the Loan Capital Markets group at Credit Suisse.

Haley is active in the Firm’s capital markets activities, including acquisition financing for new investments and capital structure optimization for existing portfolio companies.  

Haley received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2018.
